Kenneth Branagh returns to the West End to direct and play the title role in William Shakespeare’s KING LEAR, for 50 performances only,
Completing the cast is a company of RADA graduates, in a production with set and costume design from Jon Bausor, associate direction by Lucy Skilbeck, projection design by Nina Dunn, lighting design by Paul Keogan, sound design and composition by Ben and Max Ringham, choreography by Aletta Collins, casting by Lucy Bevan CDG and Emily Brockmann, hair and make up design by Wakana Yoshihara, and fight direction by Bret Yount.
I worked as a Notch Artist and Video Design Assistant with PixelLux Studio's Director Nina Dunn in the projection design team. The job responsibilities include assisting in shooting close-ups of faces on set, creating flickering war scenes in pre-production, conducting visual tests for Cordelia's disappearing face projection on Monoliths, collecting sky and bird footage on location, and documenting modification details in previews while providing design suggestions. On a technical level, involvement includes participating in stage machinery debugging and testing, aiding in projection testing, and adjusting screen colors for both disguise's backstage and on-site screen production.
